What is the current cost of house construction in Jaipur?

Can I see my house design before construction starts?
Yes — this is our speciality. You get 2D floor plans, photorealistic 3D elevation renders, and a VR walkthrough where you can move through every room of your future home and adjust the design before work begins.
Do you build on the owner's plot or sell properties?
We are a construction company: we build on your plot. From a completed project history we can occasionally guide you to plots in our network areas on Kalwar Road, but our core work is designing and constructing your home or commercial building.

Yes, we support plan submission and approval coordination with JDA/municipal authorities, and our drawings are prepared submission-ready.
Is Vastu considered in your designs?
If your family wants Vastu compliance, our planners design the layout around it from day one — entrance orientation, kitchen and pooja placement, and room directions — without wasting plot area.
